Customer Day 2026 recap: Collaboration, innovation, and shared insight
Jun 15th, 2026
On Wednesday 10th June 2026, we were pleased to welcome customers from across a wide range of industries to our Customer Day event. The day brought together customers, technology leaders and colleagues for a focused exchange of ideas, insights, and innovation across the supply chain and automation landscape.
Sharing insight and direction
The event provided a platform to explore key themes shaping our industry today. We shared updates on market trends, our business journey, and the continued development of our customer portal. Attendees also gained insight into our technology strategy, innovation pipeline, and R&D roadmap, highlighting where we are heading next and how we are evolving to meet changing customer needs.
The discussions throughout the day reinforced the importance of collaboration and transparency in driving meaningful progress, particularly as automation and digital transformation continue to accelerate across the sector.
Inteq Customer Portal
A key milestone highlighted during the event was the arrival of our Customer Portal, marking a significant step forward in enabling customers to access and manage their data more effectively. The platform now supports greater self-service functionality, giving users improved visibility, control, and convenience when interacting with their support information.
Rollout of the portal to all customers is currently underway, with adoption progressing steadily. This development reflects our ongoing commitment to improving accessibility, reducing reliance on manual processes, and empowering customers with real-time insights at their fingertips.
Showcasing innovation in action
A key highlight of the day was the presence of several leading technology partners, who helped bring the conversation to life through real-world demonstrations and insights.
We extend our sincere thanks to Libiao Robotics, Moffett Automation, ABB Robotics, Geek+ and Interroll Group for their support. Their contributions showcased cutting-edge developments in robotics, automation, and material handling, helping to illustrate the practical application of emerging technologies within modern operations.
Launch of IWS 6 and roadmap for IWS 7
A major milestone of the Customer Day was the launch of IWS 6, marking a significant step forward in the continued evolution of our platform. We now operate on a cadence of a major release every single year, and IWS 6 represents the most significant release in several years.
IWS 6 introduces enhanced functionality, improved user experience, and greater operational visibility, supporting customers with more efficient and intuitive ways to manage their operations.
Alongside the launch, we also shared a first look at the planned roadmap for IWS 7, which will build on this foundation with further advancements in automation, data-driven insights, and system integration. The roadmap reflects our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and ensuring our platform evolves in line with customer needs and industry innovation.
Event feedback
We were delighted to receive positive feedback from attendees, including Greg from Moffett Automation, who shared:
“Thanks to you and the Inteq team for having us there. It was a very worthwhile event and a great opportunity to get a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities through working together. Thanks again to you and everyone involved in organising the day. It was a really well-run event.”
