systems, with a focus on control system programming and commissioning. The role will primarily involve working with Siemens TIA S7-1500 PLC platforms, and a successful candidate will be integral to the delivery of automation solutions across a variety of industries, including warehouse automation, material handling systems, and conveyor systems.

Technical Engineer
Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Lead, the Technical Engineer provides first-line technical support for Inteq’s automated solutions at client sites, handling both hardware and software issues. The role involves investigating and triaging all helpdesk tickets, providing initial responses and first-time fixes where possible, and escalating incidents to the appropriate teams when required. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Technical Engineer helps identify root causes, gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure all tickets are accurately updated and progressed to resolution.
