Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of software and automation projects across Inteq, coordinating internal teams, customers and external suppliers. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing timelines, budgets and risks, overseeing WMS, WCS, robotics and automation implementations, and ensuring seamless system integration. The role will maintain strong stakeholder and vendor relationships, provide clear progress reporting, follow project governance standards, manage financial controls and change processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across logistics and warehouse operations.

Technical Engineer
Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Lead, the Technical Engineer provides first-line technical support for Inteq’s automated solutions at client sites, handling both hardware and software issues. The role involves investigating and triaging all helpdesk tickets, providing initial responses and first-time fixes where possible, and escalating incidents to the appropriate teams when required. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Technical Engineer helps identify root causes, gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure all tickets are accurately updated and progressed to resolution.
